Chandler M. Marks was born in Naples and raised here in Southwest Florida. His great-grandfather was introduced to this special town in the early 1940s and settled here. This very unique family history provides an advantage of knowing niche areas and neighborhoods, school districts, and homes, combined with his innate ability to find his customers' dream homes for their lifestyles. The “hometown advantage” is just one of many secret tools that energize Chandler's success. He started in the real estate industry as a senior loan officer for the nation’s largest lending institutions, winning awards specializing in luxury homes. Nominated and voted Top 7 Men in the Naples Illustrated Super Men of the Year. He is also a seasoned world traveler with Italy and Dubai as a few of his favorite destinations. When he's not navigating the Western Hemisphere or the Naples/Ocala real estate markets.

 

Chandler lives a very energetic lifestyle and desired to further pursue his passions: Marketing, Negotiating, Luxury Real Estate, and most importantly, the love of meeting new people. Chandler enjoys being hands-on with his customers in finding potential investments and can guide you through the process of completing renovation projects with connections to quality vendors.

 

Chandler is an avid equestrian and started riding at a very early age, and has shown many horses to World Championship titles. Showing across the country, his breeding farm is based in Ocala, FL, on 62 Acres and specializes in Arabian, Saddlebred, Quarter Horses, and Miniature Horses. By attending many Equestrian events, he has established a network of Equestrians in many disciplines. His passion for creating and design comes into play when finding a piece of land or a farm that needs to have a facelift with his personal experience and knowledge of horses and owners' needs. He will help find the Equestrian facilities that best suit your specific needs.
